Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the QR Maker app and our public web pages at qrmaker.com.tr, operated by North Plus Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using QR Maker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. North Plus Studio is a trading name of DRIPAND LTD.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QR Maker for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where permitted by applicable law.

User-generated content

You are responsible for the content you create, sync, or publish through QR Maker, including QR codes, dynamic-link destinations, digital cards, bio pages, custom pages, and events. You must have the rights to any content you publish, and you are responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable law.

You may not use QR Maker to create or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others. Because bio pages and digital cards are public at their shared URLs, visitors may report content they believe violates these Terms.

We may remove any content, or suspend or terminate access to the service, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions

QR Maker offers optional Premium subscriptions. Billing is handled by the App Store or Google Play through your store account. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, and the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

QR Maker is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Plus Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use QR Maker.

Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of QR Maker after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
